Snowed in with the Billionaire by Caroline Anderson

Snowed in with the Billionaire by Caroline Anderson is the story of Georgia and Sebastian.

The Blurb:

One magical Christmas Eve…
Caught in a blizzard, Georgia Beckett is forced down a narrow lane she’d hoped to avoid…and not just because of the snow! The road takes her past the beautiful abandoned house of her youth—the new residence of her childhood sweetheart.
Sebastian Corder’s shocked to hear the doorbell ring—he never expected to see Georgia again. Nine years ago, both chasing different dreams, they went their separate ways.
Now Sebastian’s hand hesitates. Is he ready to open the door to the past? But the snow’s getting heavier…and there’s only one way to find out!

The story:

Nine years ago, Georgia Beckett and Sebastian Corder were in love with each other, and would call Easten Court, an, old dilapidated mansion their dream house. They parted ways on not so amicable terms because they wanted to pursue their dreams, he wanted to make a name for himself and she wanted to pursue her PhD. They did not keep tabs on each other and felt that they had broken clean.

Now, Georgia, a widow, is traveling home to her parents for Christmas with her two year old son, Josh, and they get stuck in snow right next to Easten Court and the next thing she knows is that Sebastian, the new owner, has come to her rescue and has towed their car in. Sebastian has bought the mansion to restore it and he has done a good job too. He is surprised to see her at his door. She stays there for that night thinking that once it stops snowing she would go to her parents to spend Christmas with them. But the next morning, she realises that she is stuck till the snow ploughs come to her rescue. They are both in dilemma as neither of them stopped loving the other despite the breakup.

What happens then? Does she go to her parents? Does Sebastian open up his heart to her? Do they confess their feelings? Read on…..

My take:

The story has been written beautifully and the flow is good. I loved the character of Josh the most, he is such an endearing child.
